On January, 18, 2018, Saddles hosted an exclusive, 24-person dinner to celebrate and showcase the newest specialty vodka from Grey Goose: Grey Goose Ducasse. The dinner featured three courses designed by Saddles Executive Chef Dana Jaffe, thoughtfully paired with a different Greg Goose cocktail.

Guests enjoyed learning about the newest vodka developed between Grey Goose’s François Thibault and renowned chef Alain Ducasse. This unique vodka features three different hand-batch roasts of French winter wheat.
Nose: Delicate aromas of brioche and fresh bread, followed by more intense notes of roasted almonds, coffee and chocolate.
Palate: A harmonious blend of toasted brioche and warm toffee flavors, with overtones of rich, dark chocolate, espresso and cooked walnut.
Finish: Delightfully complex and full-bodied, with a rich and long lasting finish.
