Kenwood-Yulupa & Leese-Fitch Featured In Nightly Wine Tastings

Join Mary Jane Stolte, our MacArthur Place Wine Ambassador, during our nightly wine and cheese hour in April. We will be serving Kenwood – Yulupa Chardonnay and Leese-Fitch – Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Firehouse Red.

The following tasting notes will surely peak your interest:

Kenwood – Yulupa Chardonnay: This well-balanced wine offers aromas of granny smith apple and pear that are complemented by notes of vanilla and toasted oak.

Leese-Fitch Sauvignon Blanc: Refreshing with strong citrus flavors including lemon peel, Aisan pear, and a grassy edge.

Leese-Fitch Pinot Noir: Aromas of fresh cherries, wild strawberry, and vanilla bean, with notes of plum and sweetened cranberry.

Leese-Fitch Cabernet Sauvignon: Blackberry cobbler, cassis, and sandalwood on the nose with flavorful bursts of black currants and toasted vanilla.

Leese-Fitch Firehouse Red: Blackberry jam, fresh fig, milk chocolate, graham cracker, plum, and candied tangerine peel.

Bubbles and Blooms at Gloria Ferrer Champagne Caves

Tomatomania on April 14th. A fresh approach to celebrating tomatoes in the garden and in the kitchen. Expect almost 150 varieties of tomatoes this year as we showcase over 30 varieties that we have never before brought up to Sonoma, including our Tomato of the Year, Madame Marmande. Find this event set up in the new outdoor kitchen space that Sunset Magazine custom designed since their arrival at Cornerstone a couple years ago. When you join us you’ll also get to see the progress in all the Sunset display gardens, as well as sample terrific Sonoma wines, grab a great lunch and shop some amazing specialty stores too.
