DESCRIPTION:Open Studio with Artist-in-Residence Eddie Perrote \nAs part of our artist-in-residence series in partnership with Uprise Art\, we welcome New York-based artist\,\nEddie Perrote to MacArthur Place. Drawing on this aesthetic sensibility\, Eddie’s paintings employ bold\nabstraction\, text\, and vivid use of color to explore personal narrative. His work draws on a range of influences\nincluding hand-painted signage and ephemeral graphics\, photography\, textiles\, tapestries\,\nByzantine paintings\, and Gothic architecture. \nWe invite you to drop in for an open studio visit 12pm – 2pm Tuesday\, April 2nd to meet Eddie and see him in  his artistic element. \nOpen studio will be held in Coach House Salon 1. No reservations are required; drop-ins are encouraged. Email Dare Sturges with any questions.
