Executive Chef Dana Jaffe

Dana did a 3-year apprenticeship through the AFC (American Culinary Federation), working for such companies as Cunard and Stein Eriksons. She graduated at the top of her class in 1987, and was granted certification CWC in 1988.

She has spent most of her career living and working in Sonoma County at acclaimed restaurants including Restaurant Matisse, Tre Scalini, John Ash & Co. Korbel, and Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa before joining MacArthur Place as Executive Chef.
