Join Andrea Bogart and special guest Jodi McLean for a restorative half-day retreat designed to awaken the body and welcome the spring season with intention. Begin outdoors with a grounding morning light ritual, then move through an energizing, all-levels vinyasa mobility flow with sculpting elements. After light refreshments, soften into guided rest and immersive sound healing, followed by a seasonal lunch by Layla, reflective journaling, and a closing circle.

Join one of our certified yoga instructors – Jes Williams, Andrea Bogart and others – for an energizing, all-levels vinyasa practice to kick-start your morning and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease. The class is complimentary for hotel guests, and $20 for Sonoma locals, and will be held on the property’s West Lawn or in Coach House. Yoga mats and waters will be provided for hotel guests.
