Delight in an immersive tasting event with six bold wines, six chef-curated stations and Banshee Winemaker Jake Lachowitzer, ready to share the stories (and secrets) behind the bottles. “Scents of the Valley” Workshop with natural perfumer Jessica Mennella of FLWR Napa Valley

Explore the connection between scent and place in this 90-minute interactive experience. Participants delve into seven primary botanical scents of Sonoma Valley, including the characteristics, attributes, and wellness properties of each, and walk away with a personalized Aura Mist made with the materials explored in class. We will be adding a holiday twist to this workshop, with the addition of some classic holiday scents such as clove, mint, and cocoa.
