May Weekly Yoga

Led by dancer, actress and decade-long yoga instructor, Andrea Bogart, this all-levels vinyasa yoga session threads together a mindful flow linking breath to challenging poses, with an emphasis on intention, alignment, strength, balance and just letting go. This hour-long class is the perfect foundation for your day in Sonoma. This yoga class will be held in one of our cozy Coach House event salons – or, when weather permits, on the property’s West Lawn. Yoga mats will be provided for hotel guests.
