We’re teaming up with Banshee Wines on September 17th on the Layla patio for a winemaker dinner that’s anything but ordinary. Delight in an immersive tasting event with six bold wines, six chef-curated stations and Banshee Winemaker Jake Lachowitzer, ready to share the stories (and secrets) behind the bottles. Open Studio with Artist-in-Residence Mia Farrington

As part of our artist-in-residence series in partnership with Uprise Art, we welcome Portland-based artist, Mia Farrington to MacArthur Place. Mia paints elliptical pools of color influenced by the bodies of water that surrounded her growing up in rural Vermont. Mia’s deliberate palette allows her forms to vibrate across her surface with each edge and interaction thoughtfully considered. Her work provides an introspective moment for reflection on relationships and perception.

We invite you to drop in for an open studio visit 3pm – 5pm Wednesday, May 22nd to meet Mia and see her in  her artistic element.
