Painting Workshop with Jeff Kraus

As part of his residency at Macarthur Place in partnership with Tappan Collective, Brooklyn-based visual artist, Jeff Kraus will lead a hands-on painting workshop using charcoal, pastels, paint and spray paint. Take inspiration from Jeff’s visceral, rhythmic and layered approach to painting and make your own mixed-media artwork on paper to take home. This creative workshop will be paired with natural wines from local producer, Las Jaras Wines.
Workshop is complimentary, and will be held outdoors. Art materials and an apron will be provided. Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy. To maintain social distancing, space is limited to 12 guests and masks are required.
