The Spa at MacArthur, the Pool, and the Fitness Center are currently undergoing a rejuvenation and the Pool and Fitness Center will remain closed until July 18th. The Spa will continue to provide an array of facial and massage treatments. All three of our culinary experiences, Layla, a Mediterranean-meets-Sonoma inspired restaurant — the cocktail-forward Bar at MacArthur and The Porch coffee shop will continue to provide seasonal dining with farm-fresh ingredients. Package includes:

  • Two-night stay in premier accommodations for wedding couple
  • Two-hour chef’s tasting to design your wedding menu
  • One-hour rehearsal access to the West Lawn and grounds
  • Six-hour event time frame with exclusive use of West Lawn for ceremony and cocktail hour and Coach House salons for reception
  • Pre-ceremony sparkling wine greet
  • Banquet staff, tables, chairs, stemware, flatware, and in-house linens
  • Catering Coordinator to handle preliminary details (**On-Site Wedding Planner Required**)
  • List of preferred partners, not required but suggested professionals
  • Complimentary Parking and Valet

Pricing:

  • Peak Season (April – Mid-November) 
    • Fri, Sat, & Sun: $10,000 site fee | $12,000 F&B minimum (plus tax and gratuity)
  • Off-Peak Season (Mid-November – March) 
    • Fri, Sat, & Sun: $8,000 site fee | $8,000 F&B minimum (plus tax and gratuity)

Enhancements

  • Ten room courtesy block available at discounted room rate (two-night minimum does apply)
  • Additional function space available for welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, post party, farewell brunch
  • List of preferred vendors (i.e. photographers, musicians) available here
