Online Yoga with Andrea Bogart
With our on-site yoga program temporarily paused, we have partnered with talented local yoga instructor, Andrea Bogart, to bring you a 45-minute online flow each month. These all-level vinyasa yoga sessions thread together a mindful flow linking breath to challenging poses, with an emphasis on intention, alignment, strength, balance and just letting go.
