We have partnered with talented local yoga instructor, Andrea Bogart, to bring you a series of 45-minute online flows which you can enjoy in the privacy of your own home or guestroom at MacArthur Place. These all-level vinyasa yoga sessions thread together a mindful flow linking breath to challenging poses, with an emphasis on intention, alignment, strength, balance and just letting go.
